7 Days Money Back Warranty

For most products, Afford-IT offers 7 days exchange OR return for refund of purchase price if the customer is not satisfied 100% with purchase. The returned items will be exchanged or refund made only if the return guidelines are followed:

1. The item(s) must be returned to Afford-IT in all of the original packaging including carton, boxes and in same condition as received.
2. Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.
3. Exchanges are only accepted within 7 days from customer receives merchandise date and according to listed guidelines.
4. If we do not have the item for exchange we will refund the full price paid for merchandise only.

Insurance
Insurance is customer's responsibility unless specified otherwise on the product page. Please make sure that you insure your item or ask us to insure it for you. The Customer may request insurance for the delivery and incur the relative costs involved.

Delivery &
Freight will be arranged by Us on behalf of the Customer at the cost of the Customer and any such carrier shall be deemed to be the Agent of the Customer.

It is customer's obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. We will provide you with an estimated date for delivery of all parcels. While we make every effort to deliver by this time, all dates specified are estimates only. We have aligned ourselves with courier partners who we believe will always do their best to deliver products by the estimated delivery date.

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Afford-IT if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery. Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not despatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be despatched according to our discretion.

As a guide only, our couriers attempt to deliver to business and home addresses between 9am and 5pm. Unfortunately, we are unable give a guaranteed time of delivery.

Delivery is pre-selected so that the recipient must sign for delivery when placing an order with us. By doing so, you agree that we have satisfied the condition where a signature has been received from the recipient, appropriate agent or proxy recipient of the order (chosen at the courier partner's discretion). This includes, but is not limited to, a hotel or office receptionist signing on receipt of delivery at the specified address. You agree that in doing so we have delivered the order within the terms of the agreement between you and us.

Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from a late delivery. Incorrectly Shipped Goods
In the event you receive a product that is different to the one which was ordered, it must be returned in its original unopened packaging (goods wilfully damaged by you will not be accepted and will be returned back to you) and the correct product will be shipped out to you. Please contact us before returning any goods back to us. We will not accept any responsibility for any item lost or damaged in transit back to us. Please ensure items are suitably packaged and insured before returning back to us. If it is found that the correct product was shipped, (eg you ordered the wrong product by mistake), the goods will not be accepted and you will be charged shipping costs for return before goods are sent back to you.
